Americas Bridge International LLC recognized from its inception that finding the right Brazilian partners was essential to building the solid foundation for a successful business venture.

ABI has formed a strong, strategic alliance with a local development and construction group in Fortaleza named Brasil Real S/A, to jointly develop Phase One of Cumbuco Internacional’s Master Plan.

Brasil Real S/A is comprised of the following individuals:

Brazilian architect Luiz Fiuza, one of the most renowned professionals in Brazil, has designed and/or participated in approximately 3.000.000 m2 throughout the first 30 years of his distinguished career.

Mr. Lucas Fiuza is Brasil Real’s CEO and co-founder, and has conducted all of the environmental licensing processes for Cumbuco Internacional. His construction company, BCC (Brasil Companhia de Construcao) delivered 96 apartments in Cumbuco, with the architectural design by Luiz Fiuza. Lucas has recently completed the last term of the Tourism, Hotel and Resort Management Program at the University of Fortaleza.

Lawyer Joao Batista Santos, a finance law professional, has his own law firm, and is a partner with another member of Brasil Real; Lawyer Wander Uchoa, a commercial law specialist.

Mr. Pedro Brito is an Economist, former National Integration and Brazilian Sea Ports Office Minister, and is currently the Director of ANTAQ – national regulator of all water transportation activities. 

Mr. Bjarte Bronmo is an economist, oil and real estate investor in Norway.

Mr. Trond Kvisgaard is a Norwegian Lawyer.

Mr. Jorn Bronmo is a Toyota marketing executive in Norway.
